My World of Work
All Levels
My World of Work is an all age service, designed to help build career management skills and discover what careers match pupils skills, interests, education and experience. Pupils can explore their interests and strengths using the online tools. They can explore the world of work and different routes and pathways to get into different careers. There’s also advice on how to apply for jobs and pupils can create a CV using the CV builder.
Barclays Life Skills
All Levels
Barclays Life Skills Programme focuses on supporting young people to develop their core transferable skills such as CV writing, interview skills, problem solving, adaptability, creativity, resilience, proactivity, communication and leadership.
Teachers, pupils and parents can now access over 65 hours of free curriculum linked employability resources, videos, quick fire activities, interactive tools and lesson plans, as well as dozens of interactive tools for young people to learn in their own time or in conjunction with their parents.
*Staff, parents and pupils are required to sign up to access the full suite of materials – registration and access is free.

Online Skills and Careers Hub which provides teachers and 14-24 year olds with free resources, webinars, advice and guidance. Designed with input from young people, the Skills and Careers Hub offers practical tools to support young people through education, transition into employment and beyond in a process of lifelong learning.
