Curricular Transitions 
Curricular Transitions is about ensuring that children’s learning progresses smoothly from one sector to another. It is about the long term learning progression of children through one 3-18 curriculum.
Curricular Transitions is different to Induction which is about the preparation for moving sectors: the induction of children into their new class etc (events and days are dedicated to this).
