Castle collection

Hello everyone!

I would like to say a huge thank you to you for helping the children with their castles. I was so impressed with them all and It is clear how much effort has went into them, they are amazing! The children have had a great time playing with and presenting them in class.

As much as I would love to keep the castles in class for a longer period of time we will be sending them home on Friday after school due to the lack of space. I really appreciate all of the hard work that you and your children put into making these.

P2F science

Hello everyone,

P2F have been busy learning all about castles. The children were interested in learning about the moat of a castle and how substances dissolve in the water. Firstly the children carried out a science experiment looking at different materials learning about solid and liquids. The children then predicted if the materials were soluble or insoluble before putting it to test in water.

The children had great fun!

“I enjoyed looking at the different materials and predicting if they were soluble or insoluble.” – Hamish

“I liked putting the materials in the water and seeing if they would dissolve.” – Lewis W
