P5H Homework and Reminders – w/b 17.4.17

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you have all had a fantastic break and Easter Bunny visited you yesterday.  I am looking forward to hearing what you all got up to at check-in tomorrow.  We have now made it to term 4, our last term in P5, the year has just flown by! We have another busy term ahead and I hope you will all continue to work hard and continue to show the same high level of enthusiasm for what we have planned as you have during the rest of P5. Please continue reading for your homework and reminders.

Spelling: Please complete lists gn, ex or le, est  in your spelling homework jotter for Thursday. Please write out your spelling words 3 times using SaCaWaC in the same way as we do in class. Due to this being  a short week you do not have any sentences this week but please take the time to learn your words for your spelling assessment on Friday with Mrs. Livingstone.

Reading: There is no reading homework this week.  You will be issued with a new core reader next week.

Personal Reading Challenge: We will be continuing with our Personal Reading Challenge this term. You have done very well with this over the last two terms and I am sure you will continue to do so this term.

Tomorrow you will be setting yourselves a new target. You are aiming to be reading regularly and not just during ERIC time. Please remember to bring your book to school as this will give you more opportunities to read it.

Please remember to record the books you have read in your Reading Passports which are kept in class.

Maths:  There is no written maths homework this week, however please continue to practise your tables with someone at home or by accessing the links below.  Remember we will be continuing our Table Challenge through out this term.

Multiplication Trainer        Division Trainer
