My Choice

This year’s National Poetry Day in the UK is on 7th October 2021. A poet and friend Mark Bird has written this poem to celebrate the day. His poem appeals particularly to our P7 audience who are at the cusp of making their own choices about who they are, and who they want to become, as they finish their Primary school careers and transition to Secondary.
