Home in Aberfeldy

I did not choose my date of birth
I did not choose my home in Aberfeldy
I did not choose my brain
I did not choose my anxiety but I can  live with it

I did not choose my facial features
I did not choose my race
I did not choose the horrible Scottish weather
I did not choose my lovely, caring family

I cannot choose my final breath
I cannot choose my personality
I cannot choose my life
I cannot choose the way life can go

So I will choose to stop climate change
So I will choose to stick in at school
So I will What I  have for dinner tonight
So I will choose  my life choices

I’ll choose my life’s goal is to fly a jet
I’ll choose when I have a child
