Challenge Question:

Wouldn’t it be great if you could reset your own Glow password? Well, you can! One of the first things you should do is to set a challenge question. If you haven’t already done this, do it now. And get all your pupils to do it too.

Resetting your password

The reason you set a challenge question is so that you can click the RESET button next to the ‘forgotten your password’ link on the login page. This will allow you to answer the challenge question you set earlier and reset your own password.
