Congratulations to Emma Brown (S5) and Heather Stewart (S6) who’s expressive work has been selected to represent the Blairgowrie High School artist contribution to the ‘Place Bookmark Project’ which is on display this Friday 10th October @ The Royal Hotel in Blairgowrie. The pupils will be attending the Perth opening and a selection of pupils work related to the BOOKMARK PLACE brief will be on display at The Royal Hotel for the weekend.
It was a privilege to work with both the English and Art departments at the school. The enthusiasm shown by all concerned was so rewarding. The amazing artwork which was exhibited during the book festival weekend attracted a great deal of very positive comment. This is a fine example of how partnerships can really work to mutual advantage. Well done to all!
