Primary 5/6 have had a very busy day today! Firstly we were learning about the history of bonfire night; we learned the who, what, where, when and why behind the gunpowder plot. Β Following that, we learned about firework safety and we brainstormed ways to keep ourselves and others safe.
This afternoon we made salt dough as tomorrow we are going to create diya lamps to celebrate Diwali πͺ
Have fun tonight, whether you are having a mini fireworks display in your garden or simply watching them out of your window. Most importantly, be safe! Β π
