Brainstorm as many types of sport or exercises that you can in 1 minute.

๐ช๐ปFamily Boot Camp: Each member of the family chooses 5 exercises. These can be any move such as a dance move, martial arts or a fitness exercise.ย On your next family walk stop every 5 minutes and do one of the exercises for 30 seconds.
