A fantastic day was had by all at M&D’s yesterday. Pupils enjoyed the thrills and spills of all the rides. The most popular ride on this very hot day was the Water ride, lots of soggy, happy children. Pupils also enjoyed a game of Ten Pin Bowling.
This activity will lead us into our new topic on Forces, with a lot to explore in relation to the forces at work in theme park rides.
Our pupils again stood out due to their GOOD BEHAVIOUR and were a credit to our school.
On Tuesday pupils enjoyed a trip to intu at Braehead. Everyone was given the opportunity to participate in; sledging, climbing, the sky park and the drop zone.
Today we visited Dynamic Earth, children were able to make links to prior learning through visiting the biomes of the world and experiencing the atmosphere of a rainforest. This experience related very closely to our biodiversity topic and provided a entertaining way to experience our school learning.
On Monday P7 enjoyed a fantastic day of activities and learning. We started at Airspace where everyone took part in a variety of trampoline activities; we will use this experience to help us explore forces in our new topic.
Pupils enjoyed a social lunch demonstrating their good manners and social skills.
We ended the day with a trip to the cinema, we watched the new Jungle Book movie, we were able to make links to our Biodiversity topic and the Rainforest.
Primary 7a have been trying hard to settle back into school routines after our 2 week spring break followed immediately by a  week at Kilbowie.
We have a busy term ahead of us; concluding our P7Â programme and getting ready for transition to High School.
We will be starting on our new topics for learning next week. Homework will also resume next week. We will be concluding our current class novels next week.
Kilbowie was a great experience for both pupils and staff. Everyone participated fully in all activities. Pupils had very positive experiences and learned a lot about their own potential and abilities. I hope they can carry this positive attitude with them for the remainder of P7 and on to High School.
I had an amazing time at Kilbowie. My favourite activities were coasteering and skiing. I found out that I am more confident than I thought and IÂ had a really good time. Abby Charleston
Kilbowie was a great experience, I also found out that could stay away from home without my electronics, it was great!!! Carmen McSharry

Today we have powered down and all enjoyed a full day of outdoor learning. We have created some impressive mud art, worked as a team to problem slove, carried out a scavanger hunt and used our findings to create a nature display in a box. We also searched for mini beasts and studied them closely using a magnifying glasses.
Here are some pictures of our day.
We had a great time to day learning outdoors. Have a look at our pictures below.
