Next Wednesday afternoon (03/02) we are planning a ceilidh afternoon for both primary 7 classes. We will be enjoying some scottish country dancing and some traditional scottish fayre. We have asked that pupils dress in a semi-formal style for this event, not casual.

P7a Class Awards
Our dojo winner this week is Callum Reddock.
Our Four Capacities certificate was awarded to Sonya MacLeod for being a Responsible Citizen.
Well done to both these pupils, keep up the good work and be proud.
Term 3
Term 3 is now well under way and we have learned a great deal researching Scottish inventors and their inventions.
Everyone had fun creating their own poetry using Scottish dialect.
Pupils have made and presented fantastic personal projects on a chosen famous Scot. Thank you parents for supporting your children in completing this task.
We have been learning a scottish poem – Street Talk by J. K. Annand, along with a song about the great scots inventors. We were able to present these at our Scotland theme assembly. See a clip of the performance below.
