3.     Scottish Dietary Goals Read page 96 of the N4-5 Hospitality course note file to help you as well as the ‘The Eatwell Guide SDG’ PowerPoint.

Complete the worksheet on Scottish dietary.

State whether you should eat more or less and provide 2 practical ways to include this goal in your diet.

3.     Seasonal Poster Create a ‘Whats in Season’ poster for each month of the year.

ü  You must have a minimum of 5 foods in each month. ‌ E.g. March: Carrots Rhubarb Etc
