3.     Scottish Dietary Goals Read page 96 of the N4-5 Hospitality course note file to help you as well as the ‘The Eatwell Guide SDG’ PowerPoint.

Complete the worksheet on Scottish dietary.

State whether you should eat more or less and provide 2 practical ways to include this goal in your diet.

Read page 129-131 of the Electronic Hospitality course notes to help you complete the sustainability questions under the previous amending recipes questions.

 

Remember to submit completed work via Assignments on Teams or alternatively email work.

6.     Optional Practical Task Why not get busy in the kitchen?

In the assignment we have included ‘The good skills level 4’ cookbook and ‘The Taylor High Lockdown Cookbook’.

If you have the ingredients why not try one of the recipes for a snack, lunch or evening meal for you and your family.
