The children in P5/6 enjoyed welcoming Daniel to St Kevin’s this week . Daniel is from Malaga and he is going to be helping us to develop our Spanish speaking skills over the next six weeks .
We have also been working very hard in class with Mrs McKendrick . We enjoyed working collaboratively to prepare a group presentation about why it is important to have a healthy balanced diet using our knowledge of the five main food groups . Everyone worked well together while trying to consider the ideas of all group members .
We have started to create some fabulous posters which we will use next week to report our findings .
