Primary 5/6 have enjoyed a very busy week . As part of our numeracy lessons we have  enjoyed using a variety of active maths games to reinforce  our understanding of fractions and decimals .

We have started learning about the properties of different types of 2D shapes . We can now successfully discuss circles using vocabulary such as radius , circumference and diameter .

We thoroughly enjoyed practising our Spanish speaking skills while learning about animals with Daniel this week .

Next week Primary 5 will begin our swimming and dry sports block at Time Capsule . All children will need to remember to bring swimwear , a towel and goggles if required. £1 is also required to use the lockers at the sports centre .
