Healthy Minds in P7
Fantastic response from Primary 7 today as we learned about prioritising things in our lives that are important and that make us happy.
This lesson complimented our prior learning on strategies to help us cope with stressful situations and we learned that prioritising is an excellent strategy to keep us calm.
