Primary 2 learned all about St Patrick in school today in advance of his feast day celebrations tomorrow. They used technology to design their own hats.

Disco Highlights P4-7
Pupil Voice
Today our senior pupils shared their views on our school and what they are proud of. They also shared their ideas on anything they think we could do better. It is very evident our children are proud of St Augustines, their achievements and successes.
Primary 7 Confirmation De-brief
The boys and girls of P7 met with David Harper from St Augustine’s Parish today to discuss how they were feeling after their Confirmation and how they are using the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in their everyday lives.
We got to ask questions and learn all about David’s journey to becoming a Deacon.
Forces in P5/6
Primary 5/6 have been learning about forces. Today they were doing an experiment of flying planes. They had to work out the different variables of this experiment.
Cross Country Finals
Well done to our Cross Country Team who attended the Coatbridge Cross Country Finals today at Langloan Sports Centre. Their effort was outstanding. Well done boys and girls we are proud of you.
International School Meals Day
Please note that there is a change to the menu for Thursday. Hotdogs will be on the menu and are a red band. Chicken Curry (pupil choice) will be a green band.
STEM Wizard Show
As part of our learning around Science and Enginneering Week we enjoyed a visit from STEM Wizard. We got to show off some of our wonderful prior knowledge and picked up some great tips.
Lunch Menu
Please note there is a change to the published menu for Thursday as it is International School Meals Day. The menu on that day will feature hotdog and a favourite meal chosen by the pupils as meal options.
