Pr. 3 pupils were involved in designing and making their own board games as part of their personal projects. Their teachers were most impressed and delighted by the inventiveness of the final products.

Celebrating Success
This morning Mrs.Elliott hosted an assembly for the boys and girls of Pr.1 – 4. Constable Maxwell joined everyone to talk about Stranger Danger and was desperate to join the photoshoot at the end of the assembly.
Pr. 1 – 4 Assembly Stars
This week as part of our Anti-Bullying focus the police attended all assemblies and spoke to the children. Constable Maxwell joined both assemblies to speak to the children and also to celebrate the great achievements of children this week.
Halloween Parade P1-3
Primary 1 – 3 entertained their family and friends this morning with some wonderful Halloween songs. The boys and girls were dressed up and put on a fabulous show. Well done everyone.

Wonderful costumes on display. Some great dance moves tonight boys and girls.
Pr. 1 – 3 Blair Drummond Safari Trip
As you can see from the collection of smiley faces the trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park was a huge success!!!
Sunflower Tea
Many thanks to all the parents and grandparents who joined us for the Sunflower Tea in aid of St.Andrew’s Hospice. Your generosity was most appreciated and raised £160. A huge thanks to the teachers and pupils of Pr. 1 – 3 who entertained everyone with a selection of songs t get everyone in the mood for Summer. The only thing we lacked on Friday was the elusive summer sun!
Pr. 3 getting ready for Fair Day
Pr. 3 pupils were hard at work this week making their salt dough minibeasts for selling at the Summer Fair on Saturday. Both Pr. 3 classes have become minibeast experts over the last few weeks with all their Interdisciplinary learning. It looks like lots of fun! We look forward to seeing the finished products.
Talented pupils
Two star gymnasts from Mr.O’Dowd’s class were keen to show off their talents to their classmates this week. We look forward to seeing the gymnastic talents of the rest of the class after such brilliant demonstrations. Well done girls!
Cross Country
Congratulations to our Pr. 3 and 4 pupils who took part in the Mini Cross Country Festival at Coatbridge Outdoor Sports Centre. The children had a wonderful time and we had super fast runners!!! Well done boys and girls!
