The children of Room 10 have now a legitimate reason for staring out of the window. Three seagull chicks have recently hatched in a nest upon the roof. The proud mother is keeping a close eye while their father regularly bring snacks.

Primary 3 Visit Coatbridge Library
As they begin writing their own novels in preparation for World Book Day, Rooms 10 & 11 today visited Coatbridge Library. They enjoyed a storytelling session; became acquainted with how libraries organise their books; participated in a classification activity; and explored the titles on offer. They enjoyed the unexpected good weather while waking to and fro the library and were a credit to the school and their families throughout the morning.
Langmushui Piglet Race
Members of the Infant Communications Team wanted to celebrate the arrival of the Chinese Year of the Pig by illustrating the village of Langmushuihe’s annual piglet race in southwest China’s Guizhou Province.
Burns Day Personal Projects
