We had a great time learning to control the ball with other weaker side today in PE.  We also shared our wonderful knowledge on muscles, bones and organs.  We can’t wait for next week.

Some of our class presented their solo talks today in Room 8.  We learned about Judo, Dinosaurs, African Animals and Household Dogs! We peer assessed each other against our core targets and where necessary offered each other next steps.

We can’t wait to hear more this week!

Thank you to all family and friends who joined Room 7 and 8 for their Burns Supper on Thursday.  We hope you enjoyed our journey through the life of Robert Burns.  Well done boys and girls for learning all your lines and for hosting this event.

Primary 7 won the Best Line Award at Assembly this morning.  Well done everyone I’m proud of you!

This young lady was delighted to hear all the lovely compliments from her classmates as part of our learning in Health and Well-being.  She beemed with pride as her classmates shared what they considered her best qualities.

Primary 7 worked with two coaches from The Celtic Foundation today for PE. We worked in teams and improved our ball technique whilst learning about the importance of looking after our bodies. We can’t wait for our next session.

Today we took part in a webinar with Dawn Childs who is the Engineer for Merlin Entertainment. Merlin own theme parks all over the world such as Legoland and Alton Towers.

Dawn shared with us how she got her job and we got to ask her questions.  This has helped inspire us as we work on our engineering projects this term.
