Looking for signs of Spring
P2 had a ball enjoying being outdoors this week. They were hunting for signs of Spring using their 5 senses. They found buds and seedlings growing, mini beasts, bird nests and much, much more. They could feel the warmth of the sun, smell flowers and hear birds singing which inspired them to write lovely poems.
As you can see from their cheery faces the children loved being outside and keeping themselves active and healthy at the same time. There will be lots more of these experiences to come this term and we can’t wait to share our learning with you.
Sport Education in Primary 7
Primary 7 were introduced to a series of learning this week by Mr Hart. The boys and girls will work in teams over the next 5 weeks to develop their skills in the game of basketball as well as learning how to referee and evaluate each other’s performance. As you can see they are getting stuck in and we can’t wait to see how they develop over the next few weeks.
