Well done to these fabulous pupils who were celebrated at Assembly this morning for their achievements in running and gymnastics. We love hearing about success outwith school and are delighted to share this with you.
Please see attached a letter that was previously issued to P7 in advance of their visit to St Ambrose tomorrow. This should hopefully put any worries to rest as all key points are covered.
Young Scot cards were issued today and should be taken to High School over the next 2 days.
Best of luck P7 we can’t wait to hear all about your visit
.
Some of our talented pupils attended the Scottish Primary School Floor and Vault Championships on Saturday in Perth. Well done girls for your efforts. We are so proud of you!
This is a friendly appeal, particularly to P7 before you leave us for pastures new, however could technically apply to everyone.
It would be very much appreciated if you could please check at home for any school resources such as novels and sports clothing – no matter how long you have had them please hand in before the end of term – no judgment will be made. This would really help us return to full kits for events and replenish some missing books and resources. Your support is very much appreciated.
Primary 7 had a fabulous day with New College Lanarkshire on Thursday when they took part in workshops on Science, Dental, 3D Printing, Lego Robots, Problem Solving and Coding – they even took part in an Escape Room challenge!
Mrs Drummond has just about recovered from rockets launching in all directions :o)
Primary 7 wrote and presented their own news reports today on the subject of natural disasters. We heard from earthquake and tsunami experts.
Thanks to our family members who visited us today and embraced the opportunity to take part in our news reports. We hope you enjoyed your visit.
