For the first time ever all classes were tied for the Best Line Award. Well done everyone!
Compliments in P7
This young man was delighted to receive compliments from his classmates today. He was described as fun, hysterical and one of the best friends you could ever have – you can’t ask for anything better than that ! What a way to finish off P7!
Talent Show
The whole school gathered yesterday for the long awaited finals of our talent show. What a great afternoon we had!
Huge thanks to our Pupil Council for organising and running the event. We had musicians, dancers, singers, footballers, rappers and tribute bands. We really do have lots of talent here at St Augustines.
Congratulations to our winners and huge well done to all who took part. We are so very proud of you all.

P7 Leavers Disco – Part 2
P7 Leavers Disco – Part 1
Primary 7 had an amazing time at their Leavers Disco last night, so much so they asked today if they could do it all over again! The boys and girls looked super – well done to everyone involved in getting them ready for the evening, the children were a credit to their families and really know how to have a good time.
A huge thanks goes to our fabulous PTA for arranging and putting on the night. Each child will be provided with a CD containing all the photographs taken which they can treasure. In the meantime here are some those captured on the night. More to follow.
Credit Union Collection
Attention all savers! This Friday will be the final collection for the Credit Union until we come back in August.
For anyone who wishes to join forms are available from Room 8.
Foodbank Appeal
Thank you very much to those who have already donated for our Foodbank Appeal to support Coatbridge Foodbank. We really appreciate your support so far.
For anyone who would still like to contribute please hand in items this week so we can arrange to drop off our collection before the holidays.
