On Thursday morning the children who have attended Rainbow Reading had a little party with Mrs.Grant and Miss McShane to celebrate their achievements over the last term.

More Leavers Night Pics!
Thank you very much to our wonderful PTA who tonight put on a fantastic Leavers Night for our Primary 7 children. The boys and girls loved every minute of it. As you can see from the pictures a very enjoyable night was had by all. You all looked fantastic boys and girls.

Gaelic Football Awards
Joe Bradley came along to visit Pr.7 prior to their sports afternoon to present some awards to our Gaelic Footballing Champions. Here are our stars sporting their awards. Well done boys and girls!
Sports Day Highlights
Our Sports Day was a great success with the sun shining and everyone taking part in the traditional races. A huge thanks to the mums and dads who entered into the spirit of the day and took part in their own race. The children loved it!! Thankfully there were no injuries when we had a few parents fall as they raced to the finish line. Although perhaps there was just a bit a bruised pride!!
Mud Kitchen
Last week Room 3 went into the garden and prepared some delicious food in our very own ‘Mud Kitchen’. They made mud pizza, pancakes, salad, sandwiches and leaf dogs (hot dogs). They harvested the radishes from our raised beds and washed and cut them. Some children even tasted the radishes!

Pr. 7 Retreat
Our Pr.7 pupils attended their retreat on Friday lead by Father Kane and Father Travers. A great day was had by all children who responded well to the call to lead their lives informed by Gospel values and the inspirational lives of some well know saints. Many thanks to both Father Kane and Father Travers for all their support during our retreat week.
