School Uniform – Providing a Sense of School Pride

While they are indoors, the children should have indoor shoes, these should be different from shoes worn outdoors.
Jewellery should not be worn in school, this includes rings and necklaces. Small stud type earings can be worm but they MUST be removed for P.E.
For PE, children should wear suitable shoes with plain black shorts and a white t-shirt. During sumer months, we may have P.E. sessions outdoors in the school playground, for these sessions, pupils should wear blue or black tracksuit/jogging bottoms, a white or red t-shirt and a fleece. In line with North Lanarkshire Council’s policy, no jewellery to be worn due P.E lessons, including earrings. Long hair should be tied back.
Parents can also purchase a red or black rain jackets or fleeces to keep the children warm and dry during the winter.
