Lynn will be in the Sunshine and Rainbow Rooms all week

Liz  and Jennifer will be supporting in the early level playroom this afternoon

Tuesday 16th 2016

Pre school oprthoptic visual screening today

Jackie will be delivering Play on Pedals to colleagues within NLC

Jennifer and Liz will be supporting in the early level playroom today

Lauren is on annual leave until the 24th February 2016

Wednesday 17th 2016

Jackie is on annual leave today and tomorrow

Lynn will be attending a Profile and Planning meeting this morning in Coatbridge, cover will be provided from  Ellen Patterson, Head of Shawhead Family Learning Centre

Liz and Jennifer will be supporting in the early level playroom this afternoon

Thursday 18th 2016

Christine will commence a period of sick absence today until further notice, supporting Chrisitne’s absence in the morning will be Elaine and in the afternoon Liz.    The Caterpillar Group in the morning will be supported by Emma until Christine returns.

Jennifer will be supporting in the early level playroom this morning

Launch of Bookbug Rhyme Time Stay and Play sessions at 1.15 pm with Gerry Dunkin, from NLC Libraries who will entertain the group with a few favourite Rhymes, Songs and Stories.  Gerry  will also be spending some time in the early playroom in the afternoon.  All places have now been secured for these sessions.

Bookbug Rhyme Times

Friday 19th 2016

Jackie will be attending North Lanarkshire Council’s second Nurture Conference in the Civic Centre today with the focus on Sharing Nurturing Practice.  Jackie along with Marjory McCallum from St Patricks Primary & Nursery Class will be sharing practice based around supporting children’s transitions.

Susan and Liz will be supporting the early level playroom this afternoon

We hope that you have  received your copy of the forthcoming Family Learning sessions.  There has been one item missing which is the Solihull Understanding your Child’s Behaviour commencing on Thursday 10th March for 10 weeks.
