P7 Cross Country Running

Our P7 Inverlochy class have really been enjoying getting out into the fresh air for some cross-country running.

The pupils are gradually building up their stamina, week by week, and seeing just how long they can keep going for!

They are really excited about taking their learning outside of the school grounds and over to Brownsburn Park in the weeks to come!

Developing the Young Workforce

In preparation for life and our Careers Event on 23rd November, P7 & P6/7 have been taking a deeper look at potential careers and career paths.  They are developing their understanding of how skills that they learn across the curriculum are then transferred into the workplace.  A key resource to support their skills/qualities and careers has been www.myworldofwork/ican .

We are very much looking forward to our Careers Day on the 23rd!

P5/6 Video Games!

Our P5/6 class and Mr Flanigan have been working on something incredible over the past two months…creating their very own video games!

The children researched the history of video games, learning about different game styles as they did so. The class then split into games companies to code their very own games!
