2. Try drawing and colouring Supertato or why don’t you try to plan a healthy menu with lots of fruit and vegetables.

Price things round your home, e.g ball = 6p. What change would you have left from 10p

10p – 6p = 4p

What coins make 4p? Lay out the correct amount.

This week we are focusing on finding the change from 20p

Get 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p and 20p coins. Give some items from your house and price them from 1p to 19p. Work out how much change you would get from your 20p coin.

E.g  I want to buy the ball = 6p

20 – 6 = 14

14p = 10p + 2p + 2p

Think about which words have the ‘ou’ phoneme in them, e.g sound.
