Uniform policy

Our uniform has several options to meet the needs and comfort of your child.

Dark grey/charcoal trousers, short trousers, skirt or pinafore to be worn with either:

White shirt and School tie.

Plain navy v-neck pullover/cardigan/tank-top

Or

Navy v-neck sweatshirt/White polo shirt – both embroidered with the school logo

Black school shoes

Gym shoes, black soft shoes with non-mark sole (these will be kept within school for indoor use)

Parents can also choose from the following jacket options if wanted:

Navy Blazer

or

Navy Jacket

Since May 2016 Primary 7 children have been able to chose to opt for braiding on their blazers

School gym kit 

Pupils require to wear suitable clothing for P.E –

Black shorts

White polo shirt embroidered with the school logo

Orchard Nursery only (optional)

Navy nursery logo sweatshirt/sky blue polo shirt embroidered with the Nursery logo

At Orchard Primary we are Waste Warriors and have an ethos of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. If you have any items of uniform you no longer have the use for, we are happy to accept donations. We also have a Waste Warriors’ Warehouse that families can freely visit to source pre-loved uniform. Helping our environment the Orchard Way.
