we had a great time celebrating St Andrews day in the nursery. We learned about St Andrew and had oatcakes, shortbread and haggis, neeps and tatties for snack.

We took a trip to the moon at nursery. We read the book ‘whatever next’ and then acted out the book, traveling on our spaceship and had a lovely moon picnic.

The nursery children really enjoyed learning about christening in the nursery. They brought their own toys in to be christened and had a lovely christening tea afterwards.

We had fun today looking at portraits by painters and painting our own portraits. We looked in the mirror and discussed our faces, eye colour and hair colour.

Great to see so many parents enjoying their children’s learning experiences today. We had great fun wishing Cuddles, our teddy bear, a happy 4th birthday.
