Today we investigated what would happen if we added salt to ice. Once again, we made sure it was a fair test by using the same sized ice cubes and carefully measuring out one teaspoonful of salt. We found out that the cubes with the salt became cracked and had a rough surface, and the ones without salt were very smooth and slippery.
We also visited the fish in P6. We were amazed at how tiny the hatchlings were. We look forward to seeing them again when they have grown in a few weeks.
