Our Magical science activity this week was to turn a white flower a different colour. We stirred in food colouring to water and then put in our white headed flower. We even tried mixing the colours. We left it for a few hours and the white head had turned the colour of the water. The coloured water travels up the stem to feed the flower and in turn takes the colour out to the petals.
