Basketball
At basketball we took shots at the hoop and tried to score. We played ‘king of the ring’.We have done dribbling and passing. We also played mini games and racing. We are moving onto social dance as our next topic.
Sportshall Festival Training
On Tuesday we done p.e with primary 7 we were doing different sports for a sportshall festival at Wishaw sports centre. The festival is for p6/7 and we will be competing on December 1st and January the 20th. There will be 15 girls and 15 boys picked to go. We will draw them out of a hat. All the pupils that will have been picked will have to wear their PE kit.
3D Objects
In maths we have been looking at how 3D shapes are formed and the layout of net shapes to full 3D objects. We have also thought about 3D objects in real life, like footballs, glue sticks computer screens. Reading Passports
The mobile library visited our school, and we were able to borrow some books, it had a great range of books! Can’t wait for it to cone back next month.
