P5 music (Kodaly with Mrs Wilkinson)

In week 1 learned about the beat and how steady the beat was

We played lots of games that helped us learn

Week 2 we learned about the rhythm and how it is different from the beat we played lots of games again we learned a famous rhyme called fizzy drinks

 

P5 TOPIC about Scotland

First in topic we tried to find the UK in an Atlas once we found the UK we looked for Motherwell, Wishaw and Glasgow some of us went into p6 to show and tell them about our topic

We looked at a globe to find The UK and the line between Scotland and England.

Then we made a Scottish front cover for our topic folder some of us did the Scottish flag ,Nessy and tartan

We made a leaflet about different places In Scotland like Amazonia, Edinburgh dungeons and inch comb island.

P5 PE week 1

In PE we practised our basketball skills we practised our shooting, passing, aiming and bounce all of us were very good

Then at swimming and after it we played Netball. First we practised our passing and movement on and off the ball .

P5 PE week 2

Then we done shooting and dribbling

All of us did really well
