Today P5/6/7 LCSC were identifying and sorting nouns. We went on a noun hut around the school (we were so good at this task we even got a sticker from Mrs Woodward). We looked for nouns in an extract from our Harry Potter Novel and then sorted all our nouns into groups of Places, People and Things.
While out on our noun hunt, we found this artwork on the wall near the main entrance of the school.
We couldn’t believe it when we saw who the quote was from …. J.K Rowling, the author of Harry Potter!
Back in class we had a discussion about our emotions and used our new emotion cushions to shre thoughts and feelings.
