Cathedral pupils celebrate their First Holy Communion

Forty-four Primary 4 pupils received their First Holy Communion on Saturday 14th May in the beautiful setting of Our Lady of Good Aid Cathedral. The church was packed with family, friends, school staff and parishioners for both the morning and afternoon Masses and the children were blessed with good weather which allowed for photographs in the grounds and the opportunity to relax and socialise outside the Cathedral after Mass.

Fr Chromy, Fr Mark and Fr Stephen presided at both Masses and the school choir led the congregation in the hymns, accompanied by John Pitcathley on the organ.

We continue to keep the boys and girls in our prayers at this important moment in their journey of faith.
