At New Monkland we have always supported Earth Hour and marked it in some way in our school. Today in Primary 1 we worked all afternoon with the lights off and learned about the importance of Earth hour. We then went in to P1/2 and shared our knowledge with them.
We hope you will join us at home by turning your lights off for an hour on Saturday night from 8.30pm.
