On Thursday 18th February, Primary 6a and Primary 6b visited Edinburgh Zoo as part of their Interdisciplinary Learning on the Rainforest. We had a visit from a lot of animals including a royal python, a white tree frog and a hissing cockroach (which come from Madagascar). We also got to hold and touch these animals, apart from the tree frog. It was a great and informative day and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Wow, primary six, this looked like lots of fun. Was it scary holding the animals?
From primary four.
Primary Four- the Primary Six class were very brave holding the animals. I even got to hold a Python. She was amazingly strong and not slimy at all. It was a fantastic experience and we would recommend. Some of us will try to come down and share some information with you.
Looks like you all had a fantastic day!!
