We all cooked potatoes that we grew in our Eco Garden. First we cut them up and put them in a pot and cooked them for a wee while then we took them off the heat and Miss Slimmon carefully put them in a bowl and we ate them. They were delicious!
We have been learning about portraits in art and how to create texture, shading and get the proportions of the face correct. These are our paintings and drawings.
Today we did extra maths with Mrs Todd. We learned the 7 times table. We all enjoyed it very much. by Courtney,David and Keiran.
We had to use our maths skills to work out the sums we had to find out the fraction,decimal,percentage it was easy we had all them correct and to be sure we used a calculator. It was very easy to complete it.We only took ten minutes and it was fun!
Here are the Broad Beans we grew in our Eco Garden. When they are cooked they were very tasty. They took about five minutes to cook and they tasted disgusting to some people.We really enjoyed cutting them open we also made a mask out of the pod.
For our Swinging Sixties topic Arlana, Charley and I wore some of the clothes that would of been worn in the Sixties. This part of the topic was great fun we even got to draw our own models in our jotters.
