On Friday 11th march 2016 we were releasing trout that we kept in a hatchery for 4 weeks and every Tusday a man called Willie  came and on Friday he got all the trout into tubs. Church Easter play

Some of the boys and girls in the school have been practising with Mrs Todd for a play at the church. It is a short play about some grandchildren that think praying is silly and when their grandparents say they are praying for them, they just say its a load of rubbish. This term room7 received 200 trout eggs from a man called Willie. Every day we had to check the temperature and take out the dead trout. Every Tuesday Willie came to our school to see how we were getting on with them. Releasing the Trout

P6/7 finally got to release their brown trout they were so excited. They released the trout into a local burn. Someone special came with them  to release their trout, he was called Willie. He was from the Clyde river foundation . When they got to the local burn Willie talked for along time about how some of the trout will live and some will die, 80% of them would die and 20% would live.
