We are fully committed to supporting all our pupils in any way necessary to help them fulfil their potential. Our class teachers keep clear records of children’s progress in learning. If there are concerns then teachers record these on an internal referral form and then discuss with a member of the Senior Leadership Team. We then decide on the best action to take to support and fully involve parents and carers every step of the way. We have been developing effective Getting it Right for Me (GIRFme) plans for children who require them to create specific targets which are monitored termly. Children and parents are fully involved in the creation and evaluation of these plans. Please see a link below for an up to date look at the interventions we offer our pupils.
