Many thanks to everyone that attended our Easter service. Our choir sang out and should be proud of their commitment to attending practice sessions during lunch time. Well done to all children that presented and to Zac and Jessica who worked hard to lead our service.

We were delighted with the amount of parents that came along to support our open event. The children very much enjoyed having parents, carers and extended family members working alongside them in class. Many thanks to everyone who attended and took the time to return our feedback forms. Your suggestions continue to help us further develop our school.
All children will be dismissed from their normal gates today and not the main entrance.
Today during our Leadership Academy the Pupil Council and Enterprise Committee planned events to raise money for Comic Relief. Details will be given to all pupils next Friday at Assembly.
The boys and girls in this leadership group are planning a Fairtrade event for parents, carers and members of the school and extended community to attend and enjoy. Some children created invitations while others baked Fairtrade banana loaves and carrot cakes which will be frozen and stored until the event!
Our next open event will take place on Friday 24th February. Please sign in and help yourself to tea and coffee from 9.00-9.30am. Class visits from 9.30-10.30am. If you have more than one child in the school then please split your time accordingly. We look forward to welcoming you.
Today our group began the task of creating our display to let others know what we do during leadership time. We made display lettering from recycled rubbish and began painting the background of our design. Stay tuned to see how it turns out!
Glenmanor Choir were a credit to the school today when they sang at the lovely Princes Square in aid of The Quarriers.
We were delighted to have our local MSP, Fulton MacGregor in school today to present one of our boys with a prize for winning a Christmas card design competition. He received a framed version of his design as well as a cinema ticket and chocolates to enjoy. His design will be used on Fulton’s Christmas cards this year. Well done to this artistic boy!
