Congratulations to everyone who took part. The winners were as follows: Sienna in third place, Arun in second place and our winner Jason. Thank you to Miss Brunton and the enterprise committee for organising this great event!

Gymnastics at Chryston
Over the last couple of weeks P7 have been practising gymnastics skills at Chryston High School. We have been working on creating balances using different numbers of people. We had a lot of fun experiencing new things.
Cluster Football Event
We are delighted to be sending a team to represent Glenmanor at a cluster football event being held at Chryston High School. The event will be held on Wednesday 28 October from 4pm to 5.30pm. The children attending have been selected from those attending an after school club on a Wednesday. Good luck!
Please note that as a result of this event there will be no football club on Wednesday 28 October and the final session will take place on Wednesday 4 November.
Glenmanor Nursery Get Busy in the Forest!
The pre-school boys and girls from the Butterfly Group and some of the afternoon Bumblebee and Ladybird Groups enjoyed a visit to the forest. They had a great time building a den in the forest and they enjoyed some snack and a story. They saw lots of wildlife including a big buzzard and some giant tree snails! They are looking forward to visiting the forest again soon. Thank you to all the parents and carers who helped us on our forest trip.
Travel Tracker
We have started to use Living Streets Travel Tracker as a way to record how the children at Glenmanor get to school. We want to encourage as many pupils as possible to walk, cycle or park and stride. This makes the area around our school much safer by reducing the amount of cars at 0900 and 1500.
We have set a target of walking to school once a week, if a pupil does this for 4 weeks then they receive a special badge. Every month there is a new badge to collect. Good luck everyone!
