We are very grateful for the smart appearance of our children and this is due to superb parental support. The children are proud to be identified as a Dykehead Primary pupil by wearing their uniform.
The school uniform consists of:
- White shirt and school tie
- Black blazer
- Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt
- Black school skirt, pinafore or trousers
- A PE kit; black shorts or leggings and a white polo shirt, school sweatshirt or house coloured sweatshirt for outdoor PE
In the summer months children can wear black shorts, or a blue and white gingham summer dresses. As a school we actively discourage the wearing of sports branded trousers or jeans.
Since all school uniform items appear identical it would be helpful if your child’s clothing could be named to aid identification.
School ties are available from the school office. P1-P6 tie £3.50. P7 tie £6.50
School sweatshirts, polo-shirts and blazers can be purchased from any supplier of a parent’s choosing.
Some available suppliers include;
