NLC Complaints Procedure

We hope that you are happy with the work of the school, and we aim to work closely in partnership with parents to address any queries they may have. Should you have any concerns regarding any aspect of your child’s school experience, please contact the school office in the first instance. They will arrange a telephone call or an appointment for you with the Head Teacher, or a member of the management team.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by the school, please consult North Lanarkshire Council’s complaints procedure for next steps. At Stage 1, the complaint will be responded to by the Head Teacher, supported by the Education & Families Manager. At Stage 2 the Education & Families Manager will liaise with the Head Teacher to plan resolution, and this will be signed off by the Head of Service.
