P2b aren’t letting the heavy snow dampen their spirits. Outside has became a winter wonderland and we love it! We even made snow angels & a snow horse!!

*** AMBER WEATHER WARNING ***

An Amber weather warning is in place until 5am on Thursday. While there is likely to be heavy snowfall in south Scotland, there is less certainty how this might affect North Lanarkshire. We will assess conditions and provide an update at 7am if we intend to close any schools.

Please check https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=20199 for further updates.

We had a fantastic time learning about programming and direction with Beebot today! We all got a shot of trying to direct Beebot to places in the class, we did so well!

Schools update – Wednesday 17 January

We expect all schools to be open.

All Additional Support Needs (ASN) bus transport run directly by the council has been cancelled.

There may be disruption to private contractor ASN transport and other school transport. If any company is unable to provide their contracted service, head teachers will be notified as soon as possible. They will then inform parents and carers that transport to school will not be provided and that alternative arrangements should be made for their children to get home safely.

P2b have been learning all about Money. We can total amounts & make change. We’ve enjoyed practising our skills through bingo games, matching games and lots more. Here are some pictures of us in action!

P2b had a great time playing in the snow this afternoon. We threw snowballs & made snowmen.
