As part of our 4 week Yoga and meditation block ‘Young Souls,’ P5 (Mrs MacKenzie’s class) are required to bring in a change of PE kit on Thursdays for the next four weeks.

edit – forest School cancelled tomorrow due to weather forecast!

Reminder

Forest School block 2 begins on Friday 14th February for some of the children in P1a & P1b. If your child is involved you will have already received a letter.

Children should come to school dressed in their outdoor/waterproof clothing, wellies etc. Please bring along a carrier bag for wet clothes and a separate backpack to take your lunch to the forest in. Please also bring a full change of clothes including underwear, spare jacket and spare outdoor shoes as it is very wet and muddy. Children can also bring an extra snack for the afternoon if they wish.

It is also House Afternoon on Friday so the children can bring their house colours as their change for the afternoon.

Thanks for your support 🙂 The children who have attended so far have had a great time & I’m sure this block will enjoy it just as much!

The last week of Forest School for some of the children in P1a was a huge success. A big thank you to Mrs Craig, Mrs Thomson & the wonderful P7 helpers for taking care of my babes in the woods! The next group are so excited to start next Friday!

We are looking forward to welcoming our Primary 7 pupils back the school this afternoon! It looks as though they’ve had a ball.
