On the 7th of February was Chryston’s annual Scottish Afternoon, there was lots of great acting and singing and poetry recitals. It was hard but all of the practise helped. Over 120 people came to see it. P7 hosted the event, and we acted out the Broons vs oor Wullie. Then we had our sport stars, who were Charlie as Andy Murray, Jordan was Ricky Burns, Josh was Sir Chris Hoy, Aaron was Sir Alex Ferguson. They were great, but the best bit was when we danced to Shang-a Lang, and sang to Calvin Harris & Emile Sande. Scott (me) did a rap, which was a huge succes & I got my own applause. It was a very successful event & we can’t wait to do our Leaver’s Assembly.
