On Monday, Primary 7 started orienteering around the outside of the high school. We will be doing it for the next few weeks as a transition project. We were given a point where we had to go to find a code and bring it back. To do this we had to follow a map. We were in partners and we were being timed. We had a start time and we had to take that away from our finishing time. Some of us couldn’t find the codes and we had to get some help but we all found it very fun and we can’t wait to do it next week. The transition project is helping us to get to know the high school and some of the teachers and pupils.
Orienteering can be quite tricky. I’m glad you enjoyed yourselves.
